33 Esthetics Has Moved to Winter Park

As of July 1, 2026, 33 Esthetics is now located at 1242 Fairview Ave in Winter Park, FL — inside Winter Park Lash Studio.

The Longwood location on West State Road 434 is closed. Everything else about 33 Esthetics is unchanged: same brand, same Cait, same unhurried approach, same core services. Eyelashes are being added at the new location.

Why Winter Park

Winter Park Lash Studio is an established Winter Park esthetics location with a long client history and a strong reputation in Central Florida. Moving 33 Esthetics into their space does two things at once: it puts Cait closer to Orlando's core neighborhoods, and it gives her the room to add eyelash services alongside the scalp rituals and spray tans that have been the core of the studio since day one.

For clients coming from Winter Park, Baldwin Park, Maitland, or Altamonte Springs, the drive is now shorter than it was to Longwood. For clients coming from Lake Mary or Sanford, the drive is longer — but there's now parking right at the door and a well-known, easy-to-find building.

What Hasn't Changed

• The practitioner. Cait Donahue is still the person doing every scalp ritual and spray tan. Same license, same training, same approach.
• The pace. No rushing, no assembly line. Every service is one-on-one with real time built in for consultation and prep.
• The brand. 33 Esthetics is the brand under which Cait's scalp rituals and spray tans are offered. That doesn't change with the address.
• The booking system. Vagaro at vagaro.com/winterparklashstudio has been the booking platform since May 2026. No new URL to remember.
• The phone. (407) 279-1109 — same number Cait has always used. Text or call anytime.
• The prices and services on the existing menu. The Reset is still $75 for 45 minutes. Custom spray tans are still $65 for returning clients and $40 for first-time clients.

What Is New

• Eyelash services — Cait is adding lash services at the new location. Extensions, lifts, tints — the full menu will be posted on this site as soon as it's finalized. Cait is currently also taking practice clients (models) while she builds her lash portfolio, if you're interested in being one of the first to experience the new lash service at a reduced rate. • New geography — Winter Park is a materially shorter drive for most of Orlando and the eastern Seminole/Orange County corridor.
• The host location — Winter Park Lash Studio is where 33 Esthetics now operates. When you arrive, you walk in through their front door; your appointment with Cait itself remains one-on-one and unhurried.
