First Spray Tan
The short version
33 Esthetics is at 2933 West State Road 434 in Longwood, FL. Most parts of Lake Mary are a 10 to 15 minute drive south down Rinehart Road or I-4, exiting onto SR-434. There is parking right at the door — no garage, no walk from a lot. The studio is a single room with one esthetician, Cait Donahue, who is licensed in Florida and runs the entire appointment herself.
If you have been looking for a spa near Lake Mary that does not feel like a production line, this is closer to a small private treatment room than to anything chain-shaped. People come for the work, not for the lobby.
Three Services. That's it.
No long menu. Each service is built around one thing — your skin, your scalp, or a custom shade — with enough time to do it well.
Spray Tans
Custom Airbrush Tan
$65 · First time $40 · 30-min session
Hand-applied with a real airbrush — not a booth — so I can adjust for your tone, dry spots, and the areas that tend to grab too much color. Solution rinses in 2 to 8 hours depending on how deep you want it. Lasts 7 to 10 days with good aftercare.

Scalp Rituals
The Reset & Grounded Reset
$55 · 30 min · $95 · 60 min
A dry scalp treatment — no water, no shampoo, no wet hair. Rhythmic, intentional massage targeting the temples, occiput, jaw connection points. The 60-minute version adds neck and shoulder release. Most clients leave with looser jaws and quieter heads.

Back Facials
Reset Back Facial
$115 · 60-min session
Skin care for the area you cannot reach. Double cleanse, light exfoliation, nourishing mask, and a back massage with skin-friendly oils. A scalp massage runs while the mask sets. Good for rough texture, congestion, and the kind of tension that builds between the shoulder blades.

Why Lake Mary clients book here
- The drive is short. 10 to 15 minutes via I-4 or Rinehart Road, depending on where in Lake Mary you start. Closer than most of downtown Orlando.
- Parking is at the door. No garage, no walk through a mall. Pull up, walk in.
- Before-work or evening slots fit a Lake Mary schedule. 10am start most days, evening hours until 7pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesday closed.
- One esthetician, one room. No double-bookings, no front desk handoff, no upsell. The session is yours.
- Honest pricing and honest pacing. Spray tans take about an hour with consultation. Scalp rituals are 30 or 60 minutes — not 22 minutes pretending to be 30. Back facials are 60 minutes and don't cut short.
What to book first
If you have never been: the $40 New Client Spray Tan is the lowest-friction way to see the space and meet Cait. It is a real spray tan, not a tour — but the price reflects that the first session is partly a calibration.
If you carry tension in your head, neck, or jaw: book the Grounded Reset (60 minutes). The Reset is a good starter, but if you already know you sit at a desk all day and clench at night, the 60-minute version is where the real release happens.
If your back has been ignored for a while: the Reset Back Facial works through buildup, dry texture, and congestion in one session, and the massage component is built in. Most people book it after their first scalp ritual.
